About This Puppy

It breaks our hearts to have to do this, but due to a change in family circumstances and an upcoming move, we are sadly looking for a new home for our beautiful 10-month-old male Doberman, Rocky.
Rocky is a chocolate-coloured Doberman with a lovely temperament. He has been raised inside the home and has grown up around our three young children, including a baby, so he is used to family life and lots of attention.
He is a very intelligent and playful dog, already knows a few tricks, and responds well to learning. Dobermans are very loyal and Rocky is no exception — he loves being around people and being part of the family.
About Rocky:
11months old
Male
Chocolate Doberman
Fully vaccinated / immunised
Microchipped
Registered with the vet
Raised indoors as part of the family
Used to children and household life
Friendly, clever and affectionate
This is an extremely difficult decision for us, so we are looking for a loving and responsible home where Rocky will continue to get the attention and care he deserves.
We are not in a rush and would like to ensure he goes to the right home.
Please get in touch if you think you could give Rocky the loving home he deserves.

Doberman Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Doberman.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Doberman Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
