About This Dog

Mouse's ideal home

Mouse is a gorgeous, sensitive boy who’s still finding his paws in the world. He hasn’t had much experience of home life yet, so he’ll need patient adopters who are happy to show him the ropes and help him build his confidence at his own pace.

He can be a little worried by new things, especially noise, so a quieter home environment would suit him best. Mouse will need support with the basics like housetraining and learning about being left alone, so someone around for most of the day initially would really help him settle.

Mouse would need to live with another confident dog, as he takes a lot of reassurance from canine companionship and will benefit hugely from having a steady role model to help show him the way.

He enjoys getting out and about, but will need gentle, positive introductions to walking and new places. Ongoing training and encouragement will go a long way in helping him blossom into a confident companion.

Could you be Mouse's perfect match?

If you’re looking for a sweet, handsome lad with lots of potential, Mouse could be your perfect match! With time, patience, and a little reassurance—plus a friendly canine companion by his side—he’s sure to grow in confidence and become a lovely, loyal friend.

Mouse will benefit from a calm, understanding home where he can take things at his own pace. In return, you’ll get to watch him come out of his shell and celebrate all those little wins along the way—which is incredibly rewarding.

He’s got a gentle nature and, with the right support, will make a wonderful companion for someone willing to invest the time in him.

Sadly, Mouse came into our care with their ears cropped and tail docked. Ear cropping is illegal in the UK, and we absolutely do not condone it. Tail docking is also illegal, except for essential medical reasons, or for certain breeds of working dogs, and we do not condone the procedure being carried out unnecessarily
