He’s full of enthusiasm and affection, and he’ll thrive in a home that can match his playful personality. Rocco enjoys being out and about, but he’s still learning how to behave calmly around other dogs, so he’ll need an owner who can continue his socialisation and training with patience and consistency. He can have walking buddies, but Rocco will be happiest as the only pet in the home, where he can have all the love and focus to himself. Rocco will suit an active family that can provide adventures, fun and lots of love as well as daily physical exercise and mental stimulation.

He has moderate energy levels and will enjoy both playtime and relaxing with his family once his needs are met. He can live with children aged 14 plus who are confident around large, bouncy dogs. Rocco cannot be left alone at the moment, so his new family must be prepared to gradually build up his independence. A secure, private garden is essential for safe play and training.
